ModZone ships internationally when service is available. The timelines below are planning estimates, not delivery guarantees, but they reflect how we communicate shipping expectations for most orders.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during launches, promotions, or holidays may need additional handling time.
Estimated delivery windows
- Standard shipping: usually 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping: usually 3 to 6 business days where the service is available.
- Rural delivery areas, customs checks, weather events, and carrier volume can add extra time.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Some shipments may take a short time to show the first scan after the label is created.
Address changes
If you need to change an address, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order is packed or handed to the carrier, address updates may no longer be possible.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, import duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country. Those charges, when they apply, are the responsibility of the customer unless the listing or checkout says otherwise.
Missing, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking stops moving for an unusual amount of time or a parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and photos when relevant so we can review the next step.
Returns after delivery
If you received the wrong item or the product arrives damaged, review the Returns & Refunds page and contact us promptly.
